What is the best sex protection besides condoms and the pill?
I need to know what works best to keep from getting pregnant when having sex. A condom will of course be used but the pill is out of the question, and it has to be over-the-counter. So what could you use to prevent pregnancy during sex while using a condom but needing a second type of protection?

You could get an IUD or a womens condom that are over the counter. Why is the pill out of the question? That always works the best when with condoms, I think.

You can also use spermicide.
You could use a spermicide or a sponge with spermicide in it. Or a diaphragm.
IUDs need to be implanted by a gyno, they are not over the counter.
