When I was about 9 months postpartum, I was in my house feeling 100% fine with my baby, when suddenly a dull cramping started in my pelvic region. I thought it was gas, cramping, normal stuff, etc. It became increasingly strong, so much so that I had to stop what I was doing and lay down. At its peak I was actually wailing I was in so much pain, and I put my baby in the crib in case I was about to pass out. I decided something was very wrong, and I tried to stand up to go to the livingroom to call some one, I got very weak and dizzy and nauseated and started dry heaving. I called my parents who freaked out and called an ambulance. I went to the hospital and they did blood tests and a scan and found nothing at all. I later had an ultrasound done of my ovaries to check for cysts and nothing was there. It has not happened since. What do you think this could have been?
