I’m going to be going camping/rafting with a bunch of friends in a month or so. I’d love to learn first aid and cpr before the trip just in case. However, I look up the Red Cross, and they want something like $72. I have… $2 in my bank account. Are there any places that will train for free? Thanks!

He is obsessed over money. He is 14 years old and has been like this since he was 7 or 8. At one point he saved up over 1,000 dollars. He is always counting it and talking about becoming a millionaire. He is always talking about it in his spare time too. He is always watching cribs and saying his house is going to be better than that. Also, he thinks he has a serious shot at making the NFL and works out a lot.. He is 5′1.. Are most 14 year olds like this? I know I wasn’t.. Me and my roommates have started doing yoga. We currently use the Yoga in p90X. This is a great workout, but we want more. What instructor or video has the highest level of workout intensity in the yoga world? I don’t want meditation yoga or any of that bull. I want the stuff that kicks your rear. |
