I’m interested in Yoga and would like to buy some DVDs so I can start doing it at home — can anyone who’s experienced with Yoga give me any tips for buying the right DVD?

I’m a 25 year old female and looking to relieve stress and find balance, while tone and strengthen my body. There are SO many different types of yoga out there – which is best for a newbie? i am currently 21 weeks pregnant with twins. This is my third pregnancy. All day today i have been feeling a tightning in my stomach on and off and i am wondering what is the earliest you can start experiencing contractions. i do not remember having this until later on in all of my other pregnancies |
