Is American Football Not Just Rugby For Pu$$ys??

They wear helmets and a strange “hulk” like body armour of sorts amongst other items of protective gear…. were as the rest of the world plays rugby in shorts and t-shirts and essentially the rules of the two games are the same.
What do you think?

Which Sport Is Rougher; Rugby, American Football, Or Another Other Sport That Whats To Pretend To Be?

With the American football season coming up this will be my week1 of my proof of american football manliness. This sport is rougher, tougher, and more dangerous than all other major sports.
even with protective gear on we get hurt.
“…Bruce Perry was carried off on a stretcher with 1:14 remaining, his head immobilized. He was tackled by rookie Timi Wusu on a running play. Players from both sides stood silently or kneeled in prayer before Perry was removed. Perry gave a thumbs-up as he was wheeled to an ambulance and taken to a hospital. Eagles coach Andy Reid said Perry had a concussion and a team spokesman added X-rays of Perry’s neck were negative. A CT scan also was normal…”
“….. Along with Perry, the Eagles had several injuries: guards Scott Young (right hamstring) and Adrien Clarke (back spasms); tackles Pat McCoy (concussion) and Calvin Armstrong (sprained left knee); and linebacker Greg Richmond (back).”

Rugby And American Football?

This is my first question, I wasn’t going to ask one until I hit level 3 lol! How come, when I answered a question on the *point* of american football I was slated for comparing it to rugby, but for wimps? I genuinely wasn’t being nasty (I actually thought I was just being amiably sarcastic!), I just really do feel that they are pretty much the same game, except that one game has protective clothing, the other doesn’t. Do you think it has something to do with over zealous fans? Or is it a transatlantic sense of humour difference?
