hi um… I am playing football at a new school and at my old one it didn’t required that we wore cups but it is at my new school. so i was wondering if you could help me out..
What kind should i get?
What size? I am a pretty big guy i guess about 4-5 inches regular and
a okay size package ( never measured or know how 2)… Btw im 15
Does my Football gurdle hold a cup or do i Ned a Jockstrap?
Is it best 2 pear something under a cup or should i completely dress down if front of my whole team? ( don’t feel like Flashing off my Balls)
Whats the normal price i will probably pay for this? (wanna go cheap since im probably paying myself)
And should i want the more expensive and reliable cups since they’re holding my junk?

I am testing the biomechanical properties of shin pads and comparing them over different sports (e.g. rugby, football, cricket, a martial arts…..any more ideas??) but need information about what forces spin pads normally endure during sports (i.e. if a cricket ball hits a shin pad, if a football hits a shin pad in football, how much force does the shin pad endure?) but I have no idea where to get this kind of information from. Journals and books would be the best but any source would be good for the time being.

I am 25 years old with a husband and a 14 month old son, 5 dogs and 2 cats. I have this paralyzing fear at all hours of the day about death. When I wake up in the morning and walk to my sons crib I fear I will find him dead, when I come home from work I fear i will find one of my animals dead. When My son was a baby he would rock in his crib so hard, he would bang his head aginst the crib and wall-He Broke 3 cribs and 2 toddler beds doing this. He Is now 14 yrs old and since he was a baby I have had behaviroal issues with him-The older he gets the worse its gets. He still rocks,however does not display signs of autsim other than the rocking. I have always believed that he suffers from brain damage from headbanging. Every person he has ever gone or been testing with has always dismissed me when I have expressed my concerns. His main behavioral issues are impluse control,not following direction and viloent outbust. This has been going on since he was a baby. The older he gets the worse he gets. He has been in 2 boys,Inpaitient Psy hospital,and in and out of counslers. At current he has been made a ward of the court for Domestic assult and battery on me,he has spent time in Juvie for that and is now awaiting his punishment. And with all that he still does not get it. The dots just dont connect for him- Something in his brain is not making the connection. I have been raking my brain wondering why this kid is so out of control and these outburst at the drop of a hat and why its always been like this . Why has he never made the connection,why does he have this impluse control problem. I keep coming back to the possiblity of brain damange,More specificly “Frontal and or Temporal Lobe brain damage

I had a baby June of last year. I lost him at birth. This was a child that my husband and I tried to concieve for 2 years. Every since then I have went down hill. I had ppd, panic attacks, diognosed with mitro valve, cronic fatigue syndrome. I haave not been able to sleep in my bedroom where the crib was since this happened. I have a fear of everything! I cant stay by myself, I cant go anywhere by myself. I dont really know why, Im just scared. I start feeling like I cant breathe. I dont think my doctors know whats wrong with me. I have a doctors appt schedule but can’t get in until Thursday afternoon and I was hoping someone could offer me some pointers. I’ve been having lower back pain since Friday, it’s a dull pain but is making it very hard for me to lift my youngest daughter (I’ve ceased lifting her unless totally necessary i.e. getting in and out of the car and her crib), it is also very hard to get in and out of a chair or the couch as well as if I sit down on the floor.
Friday the pain was the worst with the pain shooting into my leg. I’ve been taking advil and aleve but neither seem to really get rid of the pain. I’m sleeping with a pillow between my legs which makes sleep a little better but I’m still in pain. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but serious answers only please!

I have already had a tongue crib, but had it removed, because it was interfering with my palette expander.
But now I have to get another one put in. Before the tongue crib completely caught me off guard, as did the extreme lisp, which made presentations a nightmare. So now I want to be prepared. 8D
Does anyone know how I can train my tongue now so that I don’t have a terrible lisp…again?
I have about 3 weeks until I get another tongue crib.

My child is 19-months and has difficulty swallowing textured and solid foods. He either gags/vomits, spits out, or refuses altogether. He drinks Pediasure for nutrition/calories and some pureed foods (though he’s losing interest in these.)My understanding is this could be behavioral, poor oral motor skills, texture sensitivity or all of these. (we’ve ruled out most medical concerns like reflux). I’m looking for a treatment method that works. What should be done? Who are the experts to help us? How long will it take for my child to eat normally? He also has a hypersensitive gag reflex. In addition to its role with eating difficulties, he also gags and vomits from crying. He cries, coughs/gags and then vomits (within seconds!). This affects sleeping (if left in crib without being fully asleep he vomits) as well as with temper tantrums — just about anytime he’s very upset. We try to avoid these scenarios, but it’s impossible. How do we address this gag reflex problem?

Many years ago, I heard about an experiment that was conducted on infants in an orphanage. All of the infants were bathed, fed, had their diapers changed, and received proper medical attention. But the experimenters divided the infants into two groups: while all of them received basic routine care, half of the babies were rocked, held, talked to, sung to, and stroked lovingly. The other half of the babies were left alone in their cribs and were only acknowledged when they needed to be fed, changed, bathed, or given medical care.
