A travel crib that weighs less than the baby! The Traveller comes with its own travel bag (with adjustable shoulder strap) & can be used inside or out. This updated version of the popular t2 includes many enhancements such as side zipper access, a zippered mattress pocket, rubber feet that won’t scratch hardwood floors, and a sturdier look and feel. *Weighs 8 pounds/3.6 kilos in its travel bag, with mattress, stakes, manual, everything included. *Use from newborn to 3 years *Top and side zipper access. Optional UPF 80 UV shaded top zipper mesh cover available – the top zipper mesh that comes with the crib is not UV-protective. *Self-inflating, closed-cell air mattress (like a backpacking mattress, requires only a few puffs of air to inflate). *Rubber feet won’t scratch hardwood floors. *Travel bag has zippered adjustable shoulder strap for ease of carrying. Will fit in most suitcases. *Tough, washable, & waterproof. *Dimensions: 130 x 63 x 79 cm erected; 63 x 22 x 22 cm packed. *Comes with metal stakes for outdoor use. *Good for children who don’t sleep well in strange places or environments. You can introduce the Travel Crib ahead of time and allow your child to become familiar with it for naps and/or bedtime before your trip. *Mattress forms thermal protection layer between child and the ground, fits inside a zippered mattress sleeve. *Standard crib sheets can therefore not be used unless you take the mattress out of the sleeve and place it inside the crib, which many users prefer. However, Phil & Ted’s recommends against doing this. If you don’t mind breaking the rules and can accept full responsibility for your actions, just take the mattress out of the sleeve, put a crib sheet on it, and place it firmly inside the crib, pressing it down snugly into the bottom on all sides. But it’s up to you. Apart from the tiny instructional photos and having to break the rules to use a crib sheet, this is a nice design update to a very popular, high-quality travel crib.
