I have been using the same type Ensure Plus for the past 13 months but all of sudden I have been getting a reaction to the Milk. Having these cans of Milk through the feeding tube is my only souce of Nutrition so I can not have less or stop taking it. How can I still take the Ensure without getting those symptoms? But, I read online that doing yoga makes you temporarily weaker because of the static stretching. About how long does this temporary weakness last? A few minutes? Hours? Days?
