If you can’t afford surgery than you need to exercise the muscles under the breast that help support them. You need pectoral muscle exercises. The pectoral muscles support the breasts so by training the muscle you can help to keep them where you want them and prevent further sagging. Pectoral muscle exercises should help some but it may take awhile for the results to show. Do them on a regular basis and you will have results eventually. You might also want to consider a good sleep bra. This will help keep the ligaments from stretching further.
Eventually you may want surgery if you can afford it, but even with surgery it’s important to keep your pectoral muscle in shape. Some woman just get a breast lift, which can be cheaper than implants.

No don’t have surgery as fake boobs are horrible and look like 2 balls that just landed on a chest…make the most of what you have..buy some nice lingerie & be confident in yourself as a woman & your sexuality…as that is the most attractive quality about a person if they are at ease in who they are….you had children and be a proud mother…I didn’t breast feed as just felt uncomfortable doing so…but as a woman think too much pressure on women and so many get surgery just to please a man….stop worrying and enjoy being a woman and make the most of what you have. I am happy with my boobs but would never have surgery if I wasn’t .. :) edit: what is that “Killik” person on about, I am 40 & am told I look way younger like 30 & have barely any wrinkles and so what if I did….some older women very attractive as not so clingy & we know what we want…

I breastfed my daughter aswell and because I was only 19 when I had her and gravity took it’s toll early I felt – and still feel like I’ve got an older body than what I should have.
That’s the downside that comes to having a baby at a young age I guess, she’s worth it though but yes I would love surgery to “put the meat back in the sack”
If I don’t achieve it It’ll not be the end of the world but I think it would help my confidence.
