Are The Under Armour Hi-contrast Football Visors Ncaa Legal?

I know the rules state that the visor has to be 100% clear, but does that mean the High Contrast Visors are illegal?

No, in NCAA College Football, no, they are not illegal because I think LT had one back in college, but I had one whenever I was playing QB and WR, but I’m in high school.
But also, you MUST have a 100% clear one in high school because I had a dark visor and I had to swap ‘em out.
But they are legal though in NCAA only.
